AGM statement

NXT plc, a provider of unique sound solutions, best known for its flat panel loudspeaker technology, announces that, at the AGM held today, all resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed. The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the AGM can be viewed by clicking here. A 'vote withheld' is not a vote in law and will not be counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes 'for' and 'against' the resolution.
In accordance with NXT's obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.2, two copies of the resolutions passed as special business at the AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25, The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
